File Format Information

Please send data in a text comma-delimited format.  If you are unable to use this format, the following are also acceptable.

• Dbase (DBF)

• Space Delimited (SDF)

• Tab Delimited File

• Microsoft Excel File

Include a header record in the file or send a fax or email with a file layout explaining which fields are to be used.  If it is a Space Delimited File, please include the field lengths.  Also, specify if an Address Correction Code is to be used and include any other special instructions about your mailing.

Please do not assume that because we have run your job before that you no longer need to supply this information.  We have various data processors and this information is crucial to insure your job is run correctly.  Thank you!
